Electronic voting systems have become a powerful technology for the improvement of democracy by reducing cost elections, increasing voter turnout and even allowing voters to directly check entire electoral process. End-to-end (E2E) verifiability has been widely identified as critical property adoption such procedures. Moreover, one pillars any vote, apart from secret vote integrity result, lies in transparency process, possibility "to understand underlying system" without resorting competences techniques. The end-to-end verifiable electronic proposed literature do not always guarantee it because they require additional configuration hypotheses, example existence trusted third party random source or beacon. Hence, building reliable system offering confidentiality remains an open research problem. In this work, we are presenting new requiring only coherent board, fault-tolerant, which stores all election-related information allows well read verify election our is guaranteed given bulletin involvement political parties This does compromise nor elections cryptographic operations on account. Les systèmes de électronique sont devenus une technologie puissante pour amé-liorer la démocratie en réduisant le coût des élections, augmentant participation électeurs et permettant même aux vérifier directement l'ensemble procédure électorale.
